If you just created your account, it has to be activated first or you won't be able to log in. After your registration you will receive an activation email, which includes a link to activate your account. Sometimes, this email will incorrectly get labeled as spam by your email client. Try looking through your spam folder and retrieve the email. If you are still unable to activate your account, feel free to email us, and we can activate it manually.
When you enter the password, make sure your caps-lock button is not enabled. If you still cannot log in, or you forgot your password, enter the email address you used to register with RoadRUNNER and enter the verification code. You'll receive an email with instructions for resetting your password. If you don't receive an email, check your spam folder to ensure it didn't accidentally get put there.
Note: Your password will not change unless you complete all steps of the Password Reset Process.
